
The first half hour of this class is entirely seated, while the second half practices chair-supported standing poses. Suitable for anyone looking for a yoga practice that gently increases strength and mobility - office workers, seniors, people in injury rehab and recovery, or anyone who can't easily get up and down from the floor.
Recommended Props: a firm chair without armrests is ideal
Class takes place live over Zoom. You'll be emailed the Zoom link one hour before class starts. It's your choice whether to turn on your camera or keep it off during class.
A recording of the class will be emailed to you if you can't make it live over Zoom. The recording is available for 3 days before it is automatically deleted. If you're unable to practice it before then you can download it to your computer.
