The last Friday of each month is FUN FLOW FRIDAY where we'll bring an element of play or novelty into the practice such as using a ball, a resistance band, or practicing fun movements like jumping or crawling.
This class is most suitable for those who can get down to and up from the floor.
Props sometimes used: a yoga block or large hardcover book, a belt or long scarf, a cushion/pillow/blanket/bolster, a chair, a stool. Use what you have at home!
This class takes place live through Zoom. You'll receive the Zoom link via email one hour before class begins. It's your choice whether to turn on your camera or keep it off during class.
A recording of the class will be emailed to you if you can't make it live over Zoom. The recording is available for 3 days before it is automatically deleted. If you're unable to practice it before then you can download it to your computer.
