Chair Yoga Class

The first half hour is entirely seated, while the second half practices chair-supported standing poses. Suitable for anyone looking for a yoga practice that gently increases strength and mobility - office workers, seniors, people in injury rehab and recovery, or anyone who can't easily get up and down from the floor.

Recommended Props: a firm chair without armrests is ideal
