Chair Yoga Class
WED MAY 6, 9:30 - 10:30 AM EDT

This class is suitable for anyone looking to gently increase strength and mobility - office workers, seniors, people in injury rehab and recovery, or anyone who can't easily get up and down from the floor.

The first half hour of this class is entirely seated, while the second half practices chair-supported standing poses.

Recommended Props: a firm chair without armrests is ideal placed on a non-slip surface, a yoga block may be used

Class takes place live over Zoom. You'll be emailed the Zoom link one hour before class starts. It's your choice whether to turn on your camera or keep it off during class.

A recording of the class will be emailed to you if you can't make it live over Zoom. The recording is available for 3 days before it is automatically deleted. If you're unable to practice it before then you can download it to your computer.
