Strong Flow Yoga Class

Features creative movements that progressively strengthen the core, legs, and upper body through slow controlled sequences.

Modifications are given for those who choose not to place weight on the knees (with a chair).

Props sometimes used: a yoga block or large hardcover book, a belt or long scarf, a cushion/pillow/blanket/bolster, a chair, a stool. Use what you have at home!

A recording of the class will be emailed to you if you can't make it live.
