Yoga to Increase Shoulder Mobility

This Gentle Hatha class focuses on shoulder mobility, which will also decrease neck and shoulder tension, as well as stretch into the tight muscles of the chest.

Get ready to be standing taller after this class!

Props recommended:

  • a yoga block or something of similar size to hold in your hands and pass from one hand to the other in different ways.

  • a cushion or pillow to sit on and use as padding for under the knees

  • a chair if you prefer less weight on the wrists in Table Pose and Downward (or to avoid weight on the knees)
