In this class we use a resistance band to develop more strength in the core, shoulders, back, and legs. We also practice several ways of moving within a "mid-level" position close to the ground - transitioning from hands and knees to sitting and to laying on the belly. We also practice moving the hips and legs while sitting on the ground, along with a couple different methods of getting down to the floor from standing.
You'll feel how both the stretchy band and gravity increase the resistance you have to move against to support yourself.
