Strong Thighs and Glutes with a Circular Resistance Band

In this class we practice some well known yoga poses with a circular resistance band around the legs to provide added strength to the thigh and gluteus muscles.

If you don't have a circular resistance band you can tie a long one into a circle large enough to either go around your thighs or ankles (depending on the amount of resistance you want).
