Strong Hands, Wrists, Forearms, and Shoulders

This Fun Flow Friday class is all about stimulating, mobilizing, and strengthening the hands, wrists, and shoulders (along with some core strength)!


We use plenty of props for this class: a long resistance band, a yoga block (or book), a ball, and a sweater (you'll see!).


You'll also need some wall space and a chair.


It's definitely a fun one that will get you smiling!
