Strong Flow with Resistance Bands

Easily add more strength to your yoga practice simply by using a resistance band! This class highlights movements that strengthen the upper back and shoulders, but combined with yoga poses that also strengthen your legs, core, and challenge your balance.

Props recommended: a light to medium resistance band (the red one is medium resistance, yellow is a little lighter, green and black are the heaviest), or you could use a pair of light hand weights (1-3lbs), padding for under the knees (or you can use a chair as demonstrated if you're avoiding placing weight on the knees).
