Want to feel stronger and more stable in your hips to increase your ability to balance? This class is for you!

We use a circular resistance band around different areas of the legs as we move through familiar yoga poses. You can also tie a long resistance band into a circle.

If you're new to these movements and/or rehabbing from an injury, you can also choose to do the class without the resistance band and you'll still benefit greatly!
