Slow Yoga that Opens the Chest & Shoulders

This class is a gentle and slow well-rounded practice with a focus on opening the shoulders and chest to gently strengthen the upper back. A good class for people new to yoga or for those days when you want to take your time and move consciously.

Options to use the chair are given if you'd rather avoid placing weight on the knees. You may also use a chair to help with the balance pose.
