Mindful Movements for Hip, Thigh, and Core Strength

This is a good class to practice if you're looking for some slow and calming ways to increase your core and leg strength.

Not a super sweaty or challenging class, but you'll still feel your efforts!

Props recommended:

  • a yoga block (or a pillow)

  • padding for under the knees

  • a chair if you're avoiding placing weight on the knees, or for less strain on your wrists in table pose and downward dog
