Mindful Flow - Folding & Unfolding from the Centre

In this class we focus on moving from the inside out, meaning we find the necessary support from the core to move in ways that open and close, fold and unfold, flex and extend the body. These movements free up the breath and get our spine moving in all the ways. You'll feel both stronger and lighter after class!

This class requires the ability to bring your knees to the floor.

Props recommended: padding for under the knees, a couple yoga blocks or stool, and a cushion or pillow to sit on.
