Mindful Flow - Connecting Shoulders and Spine

Your shoulders will feel amazing after this class! We explore shoulder mobility in all kinds of positions. You'll experience how moving the shoulders moves the spine. This class includes one of my favourite shoulder mobility exercises that involves holding onto a belt that you swing and circle around your body - the best is letting your spine move along with your arms. Feels so good!

Props: a yoga belt or long scarf and two blocks (or a stool, or a chair)
