In this class we move in repetitive, gentle ways in sync with our breath rhythm. We practice coordinated movements of the arms with the legs - lying down, on all fours (or using a chair), standing, and lying on the belly.
When we move slowly in time to our breath, it provides a calming effect. The coordinated movements also give your brain something to focus on, which is a very beneficial when you have a lot on your mind and are looking for a distraction.
This is a great class to do when you need to wind down your nervous system during stressful times!
