When our lower back feels tight it's usually connected to tightness in the hips, too. This class starts with some reclined stretches for the hips and legs using a yoga belt or long scarf. Then we practice moving one leg in various ways while standing to strengthen your balance and improve hip mobility. We end the class with one of my favourite stretches for both the lower back and hips.
