Functional Strength - Yoga with Hand Weights

Get your pair of light weights (1-3lbs is plenty) so we can explore how familiar yoga poses can be transformed into strengthening movements for the arms, shoulders, upper back, and core. This is a fun one! You'll feel strong and capable after this class!

Props - 1-3lb set of weights (or grab a couple cans of beans!), a couple yoga blocks or a stool or a chair
