Functional Strength - Active Hip Flexion + Extension

This class offers gradual progressive exercises to awaken the muscles around the hips, thighs, and glutes. The strengthening movements are balanced with some lovely stretches in those muscles, too.

Your legs and hips will feel strong and free after you practice this one!

Props: a yoga block (or large book), two 1-3lb hand weights (optional)
