Full Body Flow for Strength and Vitality

You'll move through a few different flowing sequences in this class to get your whole body feeling limber and strong. We start with a kneeling sequence, move to sun salutation variations, a seated sequence, and finally we end with a reclined sequence before resting in Savasana.

Props recommended:

  • a blanket or cushion for under the knees
