Find Your Balance Part 4 - FIND YOUR STRENGTH

The last video in my Find Your Balance series is perfect for challenging your skills and increasing your strength in balance. First, you'll practice walking in a straight line, then you'll passively stretch your hip flexor muscles by gently swinging one leg, then you'll move in and out of Warrior 3 pose before finally holding it for several breaths.
