Chair Yoga - Strong Thighs for Healthy Knees

Develop strength in your front thigh muscles (quadriceps) in this practice as we bend and straighten the knees from both seated and standing positions. The quadriceps muscles play a major role in providing knee stability. We end with a couple of welcome stretches for the quads and glute muscles at the end of the class.
