Chair Yoga - Joint-Freeing Series for Better Balance

A gentle one hour practice to limber up the wrists, ankles, toes, hips, and spine. The class begins with some wrist stretches before we dive into a range of exercises that bring strength and mobility to the ankles, toes, and lower legs. Then we move through a few seated flowing sequences before practicing a couple standing balances along with some deep stretches for the calves and top of the foot.

Props recommended: a pillow or blanket
