Being able to lift your leg up is something we all take for granted until we can no longer do it. This is a movement we need when we step up into a bus, or go upstairs, or even to step over something on the ground.
In this class we work on hip strength and mobility so we can continue doing everyday functional movements with ease.
You'll find some of the movements also challenge your balance and ankle strength - another important thing to maintain to prevent falls!
If you find that a chair is too high to place your foot on (as in the picture), you can use a stool, or something lower.
