We focus on active hip, knee, and ankle flexion (bending) to develop strength in the muscles of the legs while also improving mobility. Mobility is your ability to move your body with ease without, or with little, external support.
This class has several positions done on the knees that unfortunately don't translate well to using a chair, so you need to be comfortable practicing with your knees on the floor.
Props recommended: padding for under the knees, a couple yoga blocks, a bolster or a couple pillows
