Mindful Flow Yoga Class

Experience a balanced class of intelligent movement that is equally engaging as it is relaxing. Enhance your sensory awareness through fluid movements as well as held postures that explore coordination, flexibility, strength, and mobility, all while nurturing a calm, steady breath.

This class is best for those who can get up and down from the floor and can comfortably place weight on their knees and hands.

Props sometimes used: yoga block or large hardcover book, belt or scarf, cushion/blanket/bolster/pillow

This class takes place live over Zoom. You'll receive the Zoom link via email one hour before class begins.

A recording of the class will be emailed to you if you can't make it live over Zoom. The recording is available for 3 days before it is automatically deleted. If you're unable to practice it before then you can download it to your computer.
