What is a consultation like?

Your initial consultation will last up to 2 hours, or 1.5 hours for children. This first meeting is my introduction to your health concerns. During a consultation, I need to learn as much as possible about all aspects of your health.

As your homeopath I will guide you through the process of describing your symptoms with gentle, detailed questioning. The more you can say about how your illness affects you on all levels, the more your treatment will be effective. I am here to listen to you, not to judge you.

Patients generally come away from the first visit with a sense of relief at having had someone listen to them and care about what they had to say. They often remark feeling better after just talking about their problems in such depth.

After your initial assessment, I will evaluate your case and give you a homeopathic remedy.

Your follow-up sessions take up to 30 minutes. Together we will assess what impact the homeopathic remedy had on your health. During this time you should tell me of any other symptoms that have come up since your last appointment. It is a good idea for you to write down any changes in your health that you notice between consultations, to ensure an accurate account of your progress.

How do I make an appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling or emailing me, giving a day and time that best suits you. Usually, you won't have to wait longer than two weeks to see me.

Please feel free to call me with any questions you have about homeopathic treatment. If you prefer to meet with me in person, I offer one free 15 minute session as an introduction to homeopathy and an opportunity for you to learn how it can help you.
